Bay Area Inclusion is a not-for-profit, community-based organization whose mission is:

      “to provide services which promote the well-being of
       the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Trangendered (LGBT)        community, to work to eliminate the conditions in society        which allow sexual prejudice and bias against gender        expression to exist, and to be a safe haven where
       everyone is welcome.”

BAI's goal is to Strengthen and Affirm our CommUNITY by:

          lives.               

    - Empowering our individuals and groups to achieve

          their fullest potential.               

    - Cultivating a culture of diversity and inclusion

          in all that we do.
