A Message From the Board

Bay Area Inclusion wants you to know that you are the center of our community!
We are constantly searching for ways to better serve, and to this end the board of directors has decided not to renew our rental agreement at our Florida Street location and save our fund raising dollars to better address the needs of our community.

While it is our intention to focus efforts on hiring an Executive Director that will lead us in the business aspects of this new phase of community services and seek a permanent facility, we have temporarily established a relationship with the Mary Abbie Berg Center. No only will this save funds, we will be able to continue to offer our current programs and initiate additional programs in the upcoming months.
Through an association with the Mary Abbie Berg Center, we will have access to meeting rooms and recreational facilities. In addition we are planning to have some of our other programs (such as the potluck and socials) at various cites and homes around Mobile so that these opportunities will be accessible to more members in our community.

We are highly enthusiastic about these changes. We believe it will result in more networking and involvement and enable us to further our mission to promote will being, eliminate prejudice, and be a safe haven for our community. We appreciate your support and want you to know that we are dedicated to using funds in the most cost efficient way…focusing on our mission…rather than paying rental fees that do not give the return for our dollars that you expect.
Bay Area Inclusion is still here for you…stronger than ever!
Sincerely,
Bay Area Inclusion Board of Directors
